Little Flower Engineering Institute (LFEI) is an ISO 29990:2010 certified private ITI institute and our programs are conducted as per the quality management system prescribed as per the ISO standards. Our institute has become an icon in the horizon of the technical studies in the state of Kerala. Transforming young lives was a dream of the Ernakulam Social Service Society of the Archdiocese of Verapoly and was realized on a humble but firmly built foundation of a simple technical workshop in Kalamassery, named Little Flower Engineering Institute (LFEI) in the year 1962. At present, the Institute is managed by Little Flower Trust for Education and Technical Studies. This Trust was registered on 23rd December 2000. Archbishop of Verapoly is the Patron and Settler of the Trust. The students in our institute are those sieved out of and rejected from various entrance exams like engineering, poly-technical courses. Though they are bit backward in their study scores, they are talented. They are transformed at our institute through guided and expert training to become useful and productive citizens of our nation, our state and above all, responsible and committed bread-winners of their families. We are proud to say that our institute is passing through phenomenal transformation and renovated face-lift, not only in its physical appearance but in totality. The institute has been embellished with a digital library, smart boards in every class room, state of the art technical laboratories, start up incubation center with 3D Printer, to name a few. We have association with 20 Indian companies and numerous foreign companies. Being the biggest trade test center in India, around 215 foreign compaies conduct more than 500 interviews here every year. Now we have become the biggest job provider with more than ten thousand youth are finding job abroad through us every year. Besides NCVT training programme we have our own training programme tailor-made to suit the requirements of different companies. We address the crucial problem faced by Indian education system. There are lot of technical institutions in India and thousands of students are graduating out of it. But they are not employed. It is because they are not trained to handle the One of the most envious awards received by our institute is the “Centre of Excellence” award bestowed upon the institute by SKIP that stands for SKILLS FOR PROGRESS, the All India Association of Private Technical / Vocational Training Institutions, based in Bangalore. Little Flower Engineering Institute is one of the eight institutes in India to have received this prestigious award and the only institute in Kerala found eligible for this covetous award from SKIP. Little Flower Engineering Institute has been blessed with break-through association with several Multinational and prestigious companies like Tata Motors, Yamaha, Godrej, Sani Service Dubai, Hindustan Sanitary ware and Industries Limited(HSIL), Carborandum Universal Limited, Johnson Lift, L&T, Heavy Engineering Industries & Shipbuilding Company (HEISCO) Kuwait, Popular Mega Motors, Reliance Jio Broadband, Control & Applications Emirates etc. `
