Looking for a JOB and NOBODY is responding ?
Do these 5 things.
1. Recruiters are not charity workers. They have to make a living like the 99% of population. If they see value in your profile, they will respond. So improve your profile, include ACCOMPLISHMENTS.
2. Keep changing the message you send to recruiters until you get it right and they start responding. Include your desired position, geo and a couple of your strongest achievements. Don't just say "hi" or "looking for a job" or "hire me".
3. Find another job seeker, and rather than asking for a job, refer him or her to a recruiter. And let that job seeker refer you to another recruiter. Like "I know this guy who built a website for Ford" or "A friend of mine increased sales by 200%. Do you want me to send her details." This will work much better than "hire me".
4. Network, network, network. It is not what you know, it is who you know. And the best way to network is by offering help, not by asking for a favour. Some people like to help strangers, but unfortunately not everyone does.
5. Above all, never give up. Keep going, your time will come. You are highly valuable to any organisation that hires you. So, the right company will recognise your value. The wrong ones are not worth your time and energy.
