Job Description: We are hiring an MIS Executive with strong expertise in Advanced MS Excel with Google Sheets and hands-on experience in contact data management. The role involves working extensively on data mining, data validation, and data enrichment, ensuring high data accuracy and quality.

Experience: 03-05 Years As An MIS Executive.

Qualification: Any Graduation

Salary: Rs.20,000/- To Rs.35,000/- Per Month.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1- Prepare MIS reports using advanced MS Excel formulas such as HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF, AVERAGEIF, CONCATENATE, INDEX, & MATCH.
2- Manage client emails with a focus on exceptional service and timely query resolution.
3- Actively respond to client needs, concerns, and feedback appropriately.
4- Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
5- Enhancing existing data insights and updating the overall reporting structure as per the requirements, along with tracking and monitoring.
6- Develop complex reports from raw data with precision and accuracy.
7- Utilize pivot tables to analyze large datasets and create insightful summaries.
8- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting requirements and develop solutions.
9- Assist in creating reports for compliance, payroll, and other functions.
10- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports that meet business needs.

Key Skill Requirements:
1- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP) for report preparation.
2- Hands-on experience in data handling (Data Mining, Data Validation, Data Enrichment).
3- Strong understanding of pivot table concepts for data analysis and summary creation.
4- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
5- Team & Time Management.
