Job Description
This role involves answering calls, providing information, and resolving issues. They are also responsible for:
• Helping customers resolve questions
• Giving directions
• Fixing potential problems
• Providing customer support
• Building a brand's reputation
• Coordinating with customers
• Summarizing customer inquiries for management
• Maintaining knowledge on customer requirements
Who can Apply
Any Graduate, Fresher, HSC passed or with min 1YR BPO experience.

Requirement
• Proven customer service/support experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

9am to 6pm
12pm to 9pm
Weekly off
