WANTED PATIENT CARE EXECUTIVE MALE / FEMALE
Responsibilities:
● Provide personalized care to our patients
● Coordination between doctors/patients and departments
● Supervision and coordination of billings
● New patients follow up & maintain and follow up daily patients(new and old).
● Maintaining and preparing daily / weekly / monthly reports.
● Strategy and planning for the new patient in flow
● Cost counselling the patient on treatment advised by doctors
● Understand patient profile & problem
● Provide every possible help they need throughout their journey
● Act as a single point of contact for the patients
● Advise patients about the services we provide and ensure they understand our value proposition
●Provide good information about services
● Create or increase interest in our service offerings
Job Requirements:
● Bachelor’s required - Medical field preferred
● If worked as OPD, Receptionist, Duty Doctor or in similar filed with minimum of 1 year experience are welcome.
● Experience 1 to 3 years, preferably in healthcare industry
● Open to a start-up environment
● Ability to develop and maintain good public relations
● Should be fluency in English, and Kannada manageable Hindi
● Prepared immediate joiner.
