Responsibilities:-
1-Functional expertise Oversee the entire client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to active user develop & implement strategies to enhance merchant acquisition & retention Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements & industry standards for payment processing Collaborate with product and technology teams to customize solutions that meet client needs
2. Interaction
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners & clients , addressing their needs & concerns
Facilitate effective communication between enternal teams & external partners
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance & identify opportunities for improvement
3.Problem Solving
Addressing & resolving any issue that arises during the onboarding process
Analyze client feedback & market trends to continuously improve our offerings
Devlope innovative solutions to streamline onboarding & enhance the client experience
