• Initial Screening:
We identify the students from our database who match the requirements of the company. Then we conduct a basic interview to analyze the student whether he meets the requirements of the job profile along with Basic English communication. After this, we review the profiles with our client.
• Coordinating for interviews:
Next we take the feedback of both the client and the candidate and conduct reference checks. At this stage we get certain potential candidates which are further ready to be interviewed.
• Selection of Right Candidates:
The final step before hiring is to select the right candidate as per the job profile and negotiate salary and other benefits.
• Follow Up:
At last, we look for satisfaction of both the client and the candidate for which we take the feedback in the end.
