​Compensation & Benefits
​Monthly Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 (In-hand).
​Performance Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month based on targets and quality metrics.
​Role Overview
​Process: Non-Voice / Chat Support.
​Responsibility: Handling customer queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing real-time solutions via digital chat platforms.
​Requirements
​Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support role (preferably International Voice or Non-Voice)
