Priganik provides well trained and skilled graduates to various industries across Rajasthan like Banking, Insurance, Financial Management, Wealth Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria:
1) Candidate must be graduated in any stream from a recognised college and university.
2) Age should not be more than 26 years.
3) Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
3) Minimum 50% marks in 10th, 12th and Graduation.
4) Learnable and Adaptable according to the situations.
5) Willing to relocate anywhere in Rajasthan

We select candidates on the basis of following processes:
1) Online Application
2) Online Test
3) Telephonic Interview

After selection candidate have to undergo with 4 to 6 months of practical trainings as per the domain and industry standards. Training will be delivered through online / VLC mode or classroom bases sessions. After training we will offer interview as per our commitments.

Salary Structure
1) Banking: 2.0 LPA to 3.5 LPA
2) Insurance: 2.0 LPA to 3.0 LPA
3) Wealth Management & Planning: 3.0 LPA to 4.5 LPA
4) Logistics & Supply Chain Management: 2.0 LPA to 3.5 LPA
