Job Description: Business Development Executive – Staffing Solutions
🧩 About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive our B2B partnerships and client onboarding efforts across India. You will be responsible for building corporate relationships, explaining our manpower services, and securing tie-ups with companies needing blue-collar or entry-level staff.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Visit companies, factories, warehouses, and organizations to offer manpower sourcing solutions
Build strong relationships with HR/Admin/Procurement teams
Pitch and sign MoUs or vendor agreements for manpower supply
Coordinate between employers and internal recruitment team
Maintain records, reports, and client communication
Generate leads and achieve monthly tie-up targets
🧠 Candidate Requirements:
Graduate / MBA preferred (Sales / HR / Marketing background)
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment agency, manpower sales, or B2B marketing
Excellent communication skills (English + local language)
Must have own bike/scooter and smartphone
Confident, target-driven and relationship-focused
Comfortable with field work and client meetings
💰 Compensation:
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (city/location-based)
Travel Allowance + Mobile Reimbursement
Performance-based Incentives per tie-up or agreement
Bonuses on monthly targets
