Position Summary➡️
We are seeking a result-oriented, responsible, and proactive HR Generalist / HR Manager who can
independently handle end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, administration, compliance, and employee
lifecycle management.
Key Employment Details:
● Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
● Experience Required: 3 to 7 years in HR (Generalist or Recruitment role)
● Education: Bachelor’s / Post-Graduation in any discipline
● Gender: Male and Female both can apply
● Age: No bar
● Immediate Joiners Preferred
● Two-wheeler mandatory (bank and project visits required)
Core Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
• Experience hiring from entry-level to senior-level positions
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed
• Proficient in English communication, drafting, and typing
• Knowledge of HR documentation, compliance, and employee engagement
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Administration & management support to Company Director
• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Employee induction, engagement, and retention activities
• Performance management, appraisals, and increments
• HR operations, grievance handling, and exit formalities
• Participation in internal meetings for business growth
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: INR 15,000 – 30,000 per month (In-hand) + Incentives
• Annual festival bonus
• Probation Period: 2 months
• Travel allowances
• Lucrative annual increment
