🗓️ Work Schedule
• Days: Monday to Friday (Fixed Off on Sat & Sun)
• Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
⭐ Your Responsibilities
As a Feedback Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and data quality:
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails regarding customer orders, products, and services (specifically for Flipkart customers).
• Provide timely issue resolution and escalate complex complaints when necessary.
• Collect, record, and accurately document customer feedback and complaints.
• Maintain a target of 20 forms/data submissions per day (approx. 20 minutes per form).
