Client Relationship Executive
Night Shift:
M:(6Pm-3:30Am/7:30PM-5AM/8PM-5:30AM)
F: 8 PM to 5:30 AM
Location - Indore
Work From Office
5 days working
Salary - 16,000 - 21,000 per Month + Incentive
Job Description:
1) Responsible for maintaining the relationship with existing clients in USA.
2) Will work as bridge between internal Team and the clients .
3) Would be responsible for all the interactions with clients via emails and calls.
4) Co-ordination between the prospective clients and various departments.
5) Needs to maintain variety of data on different transactions with client.
6) Reports to Management about the work performed daily.
7) Accountable for getting the work completed following
SLAS and TATs.
Requirements:
1) Must have 1+ year of experience in handling clients/ customer via emails and phones. (International client/ customer Experience is preferred)
2) Freshers can also apply
3) Must have Excellent Communication skills.
4) Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented.
5) Strong organizational skills.
6) Good Team player.
