Job Title: HR Intern

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Sourcing candidates via portals like Naukri.com, Internshala, and LinkedIn.

Interview Coordination: Conducting initial telephonic screenings and scheduling in-person interviews at the office.

Documentation: Managing Candidate records.

Employee Engagement: Organizing local team-building activities and office events to foster company culture.

Candidate Requirements
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA (HR), BBA, or related degree from local institutions like DAVV or IIM Indore.

Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (Vlook-up, Pivot Tables) is highly valued.

Communication: Fluency in English and Hindi to effectively interact with a diverse workforce.

Soft Skills: High levels of confidentiality, proactive attitude, and strong organizational skills.
