Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry) / BE (Chemical) with experience in API Production of a reputed Pharma Company
Experience : 0-3 Years of Experience in API manufacturing areas.
Job Description:
To follow cGMP ,safety norms and adhere with company policy, Coordination with quality control, warehouse, floor level monitoring, ex*****on of records where necessary
Any other assignment related to manufacturing allocated by the department head.
Preparing and reviewing of Batch Manufacturing Records and Standard Operating Procedures related to various products applicable to the facility.
To ensure on-line filing of Batch Manufacturing Records at the time of performance of activity.
All other API manufacturing related work as mandated.
Maintaining plant cleaning everyday.
Daily work allocation as per requirement and arrangement of manpower.
Quality Control:
Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc// B.Pharm
Experience: 2-3 Years of Experience in HPLC, GC
Job Description:
•Follow-up the sampling and chemical analysis of raw material, in process material, API's intermediates and stability samples. Handling HPLC, GC and others.
Quality Assurance:
Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc// B.Pharm
Experience: 2-3 Years
Job Description:
1. Review all Analytical documents RM, PM, Finish, Semi Finish, Stability, Calibration records of all instruments.
2. Review all SOP, STP, Specification, AWR, Test Protocols, Process Validation Test Reports Swap and Rinse Reports etc.
3. Review all Lab incidences, OOS, OOT Reports, Change Control, Deviation Reports, Stability Study Protocols, etc.
4. Experience in Audit Trail Review.
