Tips: During the Interview:

1) Introductions and beyond
– Be friendly, smile, maintain good eye contact
– The handshake: firm, but not crushing
2) Show enthusiasm & interest
3) It’s okay (and natural) to be nervous
4) Be positive and emphasize your strengths
5) Listen carefully and ask for clarification if necessary
6) Pause and think, if you need to, before answering
7) Never say anything negative about anyone
8) Keep answers to the point (90 sec – 2 min max)

Suggestion:

Q: Why are you interested in working for our company?

The interviewer is listening for an answer that indicates you've given this some thought and are not just sending out resumes just because there is an opening.
Your answer should be base on your person reason, career aspirations as well as research you've performed on the company. The most important thing you should do is make sure to relate your answer to your long-term career goals.

-Sound sleep
Always make sure to have a good night’s rest before an interview. While most of you would have trouble sleeping due to anxiety, do try and relax. Deep breaths and soothing music should help. A well-rested person will always be alert and that is something you need as your ally for the ‘Big’ day.

What to Do if You Have No Answer for Behavioral questions ??
Behavioral questions assume you have experienced the situation the question refers to. You may not have an experience to provide. It is important that you do not try to make one up. Your interviewer will have enough experience evaluating applicants that they will easily be able to catch you in a lie. Instead, explain to the employer that you have not experienced the situation and describe what you would do if the issue occurred.
