•Knowledge of technical terminology related to IT, engineering, or software development
•Manage job postings on various platforms and track applications.
•Help organize and coordinate recruitment drives and interviews.
•Work closely with hiring managers to understand the technical skill requirements for various positions.
•Maintain and update the recruitment database.

What We’re Looking For:
•Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior internship experience in recruitment will be an added advantage.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
•Must be available to work on-site daily (no remote work).
