✅Demonstrated success in the Oil & Gas sector (a plus!)
✅Deep understanding of business functions, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
✅Proven ability to translate business needs into people strategy (workforce planning, talent acquisition).
✅Experience in large, complex, multinational organizations (preferred).
✅Excellent communication skills (all levels) and relationship-building with stakeholders.

Our client in Lakeland, TN, is seeking a Director of Electrical Engineering to join their growing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical engineering design, ensuring projects meet client expectations and industry standards.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.

15+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering Design.

Completion of PE Exam is required. Tennessee licensure a plus.

Thorough knowledge of the Electrical Engineering Discipline.

Excellent understanding of client expectations and ability to translate them into actionable design plans.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of engineers.
