Our current focus is on helping businesses and candidates navigate the JAVA programming landscape. We take the guesswork out of recruiting by using accurate assessments and benchmarking tools that are based on behavioral science, analytics and technology. We refer to this as our Integrated Talent Matching Model (ITMM). Our assessments cover functional and behavioral parameters to deliver a perfect match. In case of JAVA that would mean a coding test, an interview with our JAVA expert and finally a composite score. Only 15% of all candidates that we screen are included in our talent pool.
