We are looking for an Engineer – Production with strong expertise in Aluminum / Machining Industry at Manesar Plant.

Qualification: B. Tech (Mechanical / Production preferred)
Experience: 5–8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all production-related documentation (KPI, Audit activities, SWI, LSW, etc.) within the plant.
Drive and monitor Production KPIs; ensure adherence to production plans in coordination with SCM.
Hands-on experience with VMC & HMC machining centres; knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens & PLC systems.
Lead OEE reviews, A3 rejection analysis, manpower planning, and absenteeism monitoring.
Ensure compliance with Poka Yoke, 5S, TPM, PFMEA, PFD, Control Plans, ESH & Safety audits.
Support new product builds, tooling, fixtures, part programming, and troubleshooting.
Implement SMED, Yokoten, Jishuken, I4.0 digitalization initiatives.
Oversee cost monitoring, consumable procurement, and continuous cost & quality improvements.
Prepare for IATF, internal, and customer audits.

Skills & Abilities:
Proven experience as a Production Engineer or similar role in Aluminum / Machining Industry.
Hands-on knowledge of machines like Makino & Sugino.
Strong problem-solving, analysis, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and technical reporting ability.
Fluent in English; capable of guiding teams with step-by-step technical support.
