Job Description: Team Member
Location: Wairoa, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 30–35 hours per week
Pay Rate: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour
Availability: Monday–Sunday (Mostly Evening and Night shifts). Store Hours: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM.

This Pizza Franchisee is a recognised global brand, and we are looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join our Wairoa team. Just like good pizza starts with the perfect base, happy customers start with great staff! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a hardworking team.
What You'll Be Doing
Pizza Making: Preparing and making high-quality pizzas to brand standards.
Customer Service: Providing friendly, efficient, and excellent customer service at all times.
Teamwork: Thriving in a fast-paced kitchen and supporting your fellow team members.
Operations: Assisting with general store operations, including cleaning and maintaining food safety standards during evening and night shifts.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years of prior experience in pizza making is strictly required.
Education: Must be a Graduate (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
Language Skills: Minimum IELTS score of 5.5.
Flexibility: Must be available to work evenings and late-night shifts across the week.

Visa Support: Opportunity for a 3 to 5-year Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) for the right international candidate. No proof of personal bank balance is required to be shown for this application.
Discounted Accommodation: Shared staff accommodation is available for $200 NZD per week (price includes both power and internet).
