Key Responsibilities
Track orders for on-time delivery and resolve customer issues. We believe in providing a seamless customer experience!
End-to-end management of orders, from order initiation to the final delivery.
Act as a facilitator between operations team and the end customer.
Improve the overall end consumer experience.
Take customer calls and enable smoother order processing.
What we require
Someone who is passionate about what we're doing
Organized and detail oriented person
6 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Service
Extremely proficient in English
Curious by nature who not only loves to work but also understands the industry dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer complaints, enquiries and feedback via e-mail.
Take judgement calls and manage unique situations.
Ensure complete resolution of customer issues within a fixed time period.
Work with the team to ensure proper resolution of customer issues.
Help team members handle complaints and escalations.
What we require
1-2 years of experience in e-mail support
Passionate about what we're doing and about delivering excellent customer experiences
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent with time management
Ability to work with challenging targets and deadlines
Good analytical, comprehension and interpretation skills
Organized and detail oriented
6 days of working with 1 rotational off (we believe in "learning while doing")
Shift Timings:
9:00AM - 6:30PM
12:30PM - 10:00PM
Candidates should be comfortable with both the shifts.
Salary bracket: 2.50 LPA to 4 LPA
No cab Facility
