Must have a good Creative mind and a firm understanding of the latest technology, including software and tools for Web & Graphics designs. Should be able to design impressive websites that best conveys the message a company wants for their Target Audience to see. Website layout must be visually appeasing & very appealing.
Need to have the knack & ideas of how best to meet the market segment needs through their artistic work of designing electronic flyers, posters, banners, collaterals, logos, invitations, postcards, newsletters, newspaper ads, etc. besides attractive web pages. We need Graphic/Web Designers who is responsible for using their creative skill to contribute to computer generated artwork, and take projects from concept to completion.
Basic qualification : Graduate plus diploma in graphic/ web designing
Standard working responsibilities cm desired skills include followings:
• A minimum of 3 years design experience
• Building & Designing advanced website design on latest trends
• Collaborating with team to design, define and ship new features etc.
• Continuous learning & implementing new ways and creative ideas.
• Should independently handle the project with the team.
• Formally trained with graphic design work
• Excellent knowledge of common industry applications (i.e., Adobe CS4 suite(PC), especially Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator)
• Good Knowledge & exposure of HTML/ CSS/ PHP/ Javascript/ MySQL
• Good Experience of working with WordPress
• Comfortable working on multilingual design projects (English, hindi & Foreign languages)
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Understanding of production of web-based technologies.
