Open Position: Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager – Administration (Female
Candidate Only)

Job Location: Pune (Ranjangaon)

Purpose of this Position: The position exist to ensure Transportation
arrangements are made available to employee for smooth of transport for
employees, Uniforms distribution and keeping stock of the same for future
and handling of, Budgetary Control , Cost Efficiency & Cost saving and
timely payments of administrative expenses.

Qualification Required: Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience Required: 7 to 18 years with industrial Experience.

Specialized Skills: Well Experienced in Handling Transport Operation of big
fleet of buses, Excellent knowledge of Excel & PPT.

Salary Budget: 16 Lakhs Maximum (Maximum Hike 25 to 30 %)

Role Responsibilities :

Transport Management:
Deciding on bus routes, buses, etc. for employees in all shifts considering
optimization of available seats.
Prepare PR for transport contract and Co-ordinate with contractor for
various services
Compliance of legal documents in respect of buses, checking and maintain of
buses etc.
Checking of monthly bill, approval, fixing of routs and Kilometers for PO.
Take employee feedback and addressing the issues.
Prepare and distribute authorized transport passes to the employees

Keep the record of received and distributed uniforms & shoes.
Intimation to the purchase department for new requirement.
Co-ordination with the supplier and purchase department for any complaints

Fleet & Its Maintenance Management :
Fleet (Pool / Hire Car) & Driver Duty Management.
Capitalisation and Disposal of Cars.
Liasoning with RTO.
