30 Sept.2023, Today, a batch of Women Tailoring NSQF course with all pass out 26 women trainees successfully completed. The valediction ceremony for this group was held in the presence of respected sir Sh. Charanjit singh SDR for Punjab at SBI RSETI Sri Muktsar to celebrate their achievements & distribution of certificates and mark the end of their training journey. It's a significant step towards promoting entrepreneurship and skill development in the field of self employment.

VALEDICTION PROGRAMME OF Pickle,Papad & Masala Powder making training certificate course BATCH

2-9-23 Today in the presence of our respected Sir Sh. Munesh Kumar, Regional Manager, valediction programme held.
25 trainees out 30 declared passed out in written exam and viva test, as skilled and trained for their own self venture and entrepreneur.

(2)The distinguished guest of the occasion distributed Certificates to the trainees after completion of the trade training along with CM Shukla ji and director.

(3) Ex. Director of our RSETI Sh. SK Dhalla was as Guest & Domain Skill assessor today after his retirement from SBI.
RM sir delivered his speech to the trainees for motivation & confidence building.
(4)The motivational address was very inspirational.

*सफलता* # RSETI

*पूरे समाज, पूरे शहर या पूरे राष्ट्र के लिए सफलता की परिभाषा एक नही हो सकती ।हमने सफलता की परिभाषा को एक निश्चित दायरे मे बांध दिया है ।पूरे समाज ने मिलकर सफलता की परिभाषा बना दी ।*

उदाहरण के तौर पर पूरे समाज ने डॉक्टर बनने को सफलता मान लिया ।अब समाज का प्रत्येक बच्चा डॉक्टर ही बनना चाहता है ।जब किसी बच्चे को पूछेंगे कि उसका सपना क्या है?, तो उसका जवाब होगा, डॉक्टर बनना ।दरअसल वो उसका सपना नही है, वो पूरे समाज का सपना है जिसे पूरे समाज ने मिलकर उस पर थोपा है ।

*ऐसे ही हमारे आस पास बहुत से लोग ऐसे मिल जायेंगे जिनके लिए सरकारी नौकरी लगना ही सफलता की निशानी है ।अब आप सरकारी नौकरी के अलावा चाहे कुछ भी करलो वो आपको सफल नही मानेंगे ।हालात ये है कि किसी भी व्यक्ति को खुद को सफल दिखाने के लिए समाज के थोपे नियमो से ही चलना होता है।*

*मै समझता हूँ कि ये सामाजिक से ज्यादा व्यक्तिगत मामला है ।अगर कोई व्यक्ति ये सपने देखता है कि वो केवल इतना पैसा कमा ले कि अपने मां बाप को एक बार हवाईजहाज़ मे बिठा दे तो मै समझता हूँ कि अगर वो ऐसा कर पाता है तो वो सफल है ।*

कुछ लोग केवल पैसा कमाने को ही सफलता मान लेते हैं ।एक व्यक्ति शराब का व्यापार करके बहुत पैसा कमा लेता है और हजारो लोगो को मोत के मूंह मे देकर वो करोडपति, अरबपपति बन जाता है ।ये सफलता नही हो सकती ।
*पैसा नैतिक मूल्यो (ऐथिक्स) को जीवित रखते हुये प्राप्त होता है तो वो सफलता है।*

*पैसा कम कमाकर अगर हम समाज मे अमूलचूक परिवर्तन ला दे तो वो सफलता है ।*

आजकल एक शब्द खूब चल रहा है *Startup* मतलब खुद का काम होना ।भारत मे ये शब्द केवल बिजनेस के रूप मे ही चलता है । स्टार्टअ्प की सबसे बडी खासियत है कि व्यक्ति रिस्क लेना सीखता है जो सरकारी नौकरी मे कही दिखाई नही देता ।

जो व्यक्ति रिस्क ले सकता है वो ही उद्यमि(entrepreneur)है ।रिस्क केवल पैसे का नही होता ।

*राजनीतिक,आध्यात्मिक,सामाजिक परिवर्तन लाने के लिए अगर आप जौखिम लेते हैं तो आप सफल political entrepreneur,spiritual entrepreneur ,social entrepreneur बने।*

*डॉ अब्दुल कलाम एक सफल व्यक्ति रहे ।उन्होने अपने ज्ञान के माध्यम से देश को बहुत कुछ दिया।साथ ही अपने विचार(ऐथिक्स) के माध्यम से समाज में भी बहुत परिवर्तन किया । Simple living, High thinking जैसी कहावत कलाम सर पर सटीक बैठती है।*

*पैसा कमाने के साथ साथ अपनी उर्जा उन जगह लगाईये जो समाज को ओर बेहतर बना सकती है ।*

*Business+Ethics समाज को बदल सकती है ।*
