Involved in the manpower planning exercise in the organization. Working in close consultation with Managers to maintain succession and to understand future manpower and skill requirements, preparation of job descriptions, and improving overall process efficiency & cost effectiveness.
Working out internal movement of employees across departments.
Empanelment of Consultants.
Maintain a healthy database, pipeline of potential hires and plan Back-to-Back hiring.
Compensation positioning of candidates in consultation with appropriate SPOCs & issuing offer letter & keeping complete follow up of the process till the candidate joins.
