Taking the first step is always essential.

Then it's doesn't matter what you want to achieve in life.

Want to get the job start with preparing your resume.

Want to start content creation start with first post.

Want to run marathon start running for one mile.

Want to write a book start writing one page a day.

You didn't get the success in one day.

You have to start first step.

This is implement in job search as well.

You didn't get that job by just thinking.

You have to take action.

Start with resume preparation.

Then go for the next step.

Once you done with the previous step you automatically know what will be the next step.

This is what most people think when they are looking for a new job.

Some people are active on LinkedIn only when they are looking for new job opportunities.

LinkedIn will not help you if you are thinking the same way.

People will not help you if you are not doing the same on LinkedIn.

LinkedIn is the platform where people are growing helping each other.

Before achieving your goal, help people to achieve their goals.

If you helping people they will definitely help you out.

So, here is the question how can you help people on LinkedIn.

You can help job seekers by sharing their LinkedIn job search posts.

If your company hiring for the same role you can refer that person to your company.

You can share the resume tips with them.

You can connect them with your network who are hiring.

If you help people in the same way.

They will remember you and help you out when you are open to a new job.

You don't know the person whom you are helping today to take the decision-maker position in the future.

Try to help people on LinkedIn.

So, you don't have to worry at the time of your job search.

Consistency can bring you the result you never thought.

This is also apply in the job search process.

If you are not consistent in your job search process this will increase the time of your job search.

But, if you are consistent enough you will get the job in less time.

When you consistently applying, networking with people, sending cold emails, and upgrade your skills.

This process will give you the job kn less time.

Consistency is the only factor which makes you different from others.

I applied for the 30 jobs now I will get the job.

This is what most of candidates think after applying for the multiple jobs.

In worst case you will get 2-5 calls from these application.

Instead of apply to multiple jobs.

Apply only to selected jobs.

Before applying research the job requirement.

Check if you are qualified for the jobs.

Don't blindly apply to all the jobs.

Always remember

Quality > Quantity.

Once you apply after taking care of all the things.

The ratio of Interview calls is increase.

Then it's doesn't matter how many jobs to you apply for.
