Job Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented HR Manager with strong HR consultancy and business development experience. The ideal candidate should not only be able to manage an HR team efficiently but also take initiative in bringing new business, managing clients, and expanding company partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the HR operations team for recruitment, client servicing, and HR processes.
2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
3. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for HR consultancy services.
4. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to onboard new clients.
5. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding client requirements to successful placement.
6. Manage team performance, set targets, and ensure recruitment goals are achieved.
7. Provide strategic input for business growth and market expansion.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and HR best practices.
9. Represent NR Consultancy professionally and contribute to building the company’s brand presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 5–8 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in HR consultancy.
3. Proven experience in client acquisition, business generation, and team management.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
5. Excellent understanding of recruitment, staffing, and HR operations.
6. Self-driven professional with a business mindset and strategic thinking ability.
