Position - Technical Architect (MS CRM)
Exp. Range - 7-9 Yr
Joining Time - 3 weeks – 4 weeks
Salary up to - 13.0 LPA
Position Description:
The successful candidate must have experience architecting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and 2011-based business solutions. The candidate must have experience in implementing traditional sales and marketing CRM solutions as well as developing custom applications using the new Advanced Developer Extensions for Dynamics CRM (xRM) framework.
Additional job functions include:
Leading small to mid-sized development teams involved in full-lifecycle development efforts which are based on Microsoft CRM 2011, xRM framework, .NET development technologies and server products.
Leading the development of Use Cases and Design document artifacts to effectively convey requirements to both our clients and development teams.
Establishing architectural best practices and CRM customization standards to be utilized cross-project.
Providing hands-on development and mentoring of other more junior members of the development team.
Developing approaches and strategies that minimize time to market and maximize client investments in commercial off the shelf product investments.
Required Skills:
In-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services
In-depth hands-on knowledge of Advance Developer Extensions for Dynamics CRM / xRM framework
Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve CRM customization to include server side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins
Experience with customizing the Web client or Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Office Outlook to include scripting, integration/development of custom Web pages using the CRM user interface and style guides
Experience with the C # language and the Microsoft .NET Framework, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, Windows Communication and Workflow foundation
Experience architecting business solutions based on SQL Server database, reporting and integration services
Knowledge of Unified Modeling Language (UML), Design Patterns, and other architectural principals
Experience developing solutions which involve relational database technologies on platforms such as SQL Server or Oracle with experience programming stored procedures using Transact SQL or PL SQL
Experience with object-oriented design and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Dynamics CRM Certification
Desirable Skills:
Data Migration Experience using Scribe or similar product
ERP experience
SharePoint Experience
Enterprise Architecture Experience
