We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Design & Development Engineer with strong hands-on experience in SolidWorks, product development, and manufacturing drawings. The candidate will be responsible for developing new products, improving existing designs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams from prototype development through mass production.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements, specifications, and application needs.
- Develop prototypes and samples as per customer requirements.
- Create accurate 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks.
- Modify, improve, and optimize existing product designs.
- Perform design calculations and engineering analysis wherever required.
- Prepare and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Apply GD&T, tolerances, surface finish, and other technical drawing specifications.
- Ensure designs comply with quality, engineering, and manufacturing standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Suppliers, and Customers during product development.
- Support product development from prototype stage to mass production.
- Manage development schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.

🔹 Candidate Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Design & Development.
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of sheet metal, fabrication, machining, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read, interpret, and prepare technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of GD&T, tolerances, and manufacturing feasibility.
