सभी लोगों/निवेशकों को सूचित किया जाता है कि पुलिस अधिकारी मल्टी स्टेट कोऑपरेटिव हाउसिंग सोसाइटी की वर्तमान प्रबंधन समिति का कार्यकाल 6 महीने का सीमित कार्यकाल है और वे कई अनुरोधों के बाद भी एजीएम नहीं बुला रहे हैं। जाहिर है, हाउसिंग सोसाइटी के अधिकांश निदेशकों सहित अधिकांश हितधारक POMCHS फरीदाबाद की किसी भी भूमि को बेचने के खिलाफ हैं। हालाँकि, अध्यक्ष और सचिव सहित कुछ निदेशक भूमि को बेचने के लिए बार-बार अनुरोध और सदस्यों द्वारा इसे नहीं बेचने के आवेदन के बावजूद बेचने के लिए अड़े हुए प्रतीत होते हैं। उन निदेशकों के खिलाफ भी मामला दर्ज करने की प्रक्रिया चल रही है। इसलिए, POMCHS फरीदाबाद / POMCHS मालवीय नगर से संबंधित किसी भी प्रकार की POMCHS फरीदाबाद भूमि बिक्री खरीद से निवेशकों को बचना चाहिए अन्यथा उन्हें बाद में कानूनी दंड का सामना करना पड़ सकता है।

पूरे सम्मान के साथ, चूंकि COVID की स्थिति में काफी सुधार हुआ है और यहां तक कि सरकार ने देश में कॉलेज और स्कूल भी खोले हैं, पिछले तीन वर्षों से लंबित एजीएम की तारीख को अंतिम रूप देने से हमें क्या रोक रहा है।ऐसे कई महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय हैं जिन पर हितधारकों द्वारा और इस प्रबंधन समिति के कार्यकाल की समाप्ति से पहले विचार-विमर्श किया जाना आवश्यक है। बार-बार एजीएम बुलाने और अधिकारियों से आवश्यक अनुमति प्राप्त करने की प्रक्रिया साझा की है, लेकिन ऐसा लगता है कि प्रबंधन समिति एजीएम आयोजित करने में दिलचस्पी नहीं रखती है और हाउसिंग सोसाइटी की भूमि को बेचने के लिए अधिक इच्छुक है, जैसा कि कई सदस्यों और निदेशकों ने संकेत दिया है। भूमि की अनुमानित लागत कई करोड़ में चलती है और प्रबंधन समिति को एजीएम में सदस्यों की सहमति लिए बिना इसे अवैध रूप से नहीं बेचना चाहिए।

यह एक हाउसिंग सोसाइटी के काम करने का तरीका नहीं है। हाउसिंग सोसाइटी की कार्यवाहक होने के नाते, यह प्रबंधन समिति कानूनी रूप से सभी हितधारकों की राय लेने और आम सहमति के आधार पर समाज की दिशा तय करने के लिए बाध्य है। आपसे अनुरोध है कि आपने एक वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारी के रूप में तीस-चालीस साल अर्जित की गई ईमानदारी और ईमानदारी को बनाए रखा है। और ऐसे मनमाने फैसले लेने से परहेज करें जो आपकी छवि को नकारात्मक रूप से प्रभावित कर सकते हैं।

फरीदाबाद की हाउसिंग सोसाइटी के पुलिस अधिकारियों की सभी समस्याओं पर उनके शेयरधारकों के साथ पिछले तीन वर्षों से होने वाली एजीएम में चर्चा की जानी चाहिए, और उसके बाद ही उचित निर्णय लिया जाना चाहिए।
आपके कुछ निदेशकों ने पहले ही उन सदस्यों को व्हाट्सएप पर धमकी भरे और अपमानजनक संदेश भेजते हुए देखा है जो पुलिस हाउसिंग सोसाइटी से संबंधित प्रासंगिक प्रश्न पूछते हैं। आप सभी संदेशों को देखने के बावजूद, (व्हाट्सएप पर यह जांचना संभव है कि किसी विशेष संदेश को किसने पढ़ा है), आप चुप रहे हैं और ऐसा लगता है कि आपने ऐसे अपमानजनक पात्रों को प्रोत्साहित किया है। इन सभी घटनाओं ने हाउसिंग सोसाइटी के कामकाज पर एक गंभीर सवालिया निशान लगाया है |

एजीएम को जल्द से जल्द आयोजित करने का अनुरोध ताकि यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि आपके पर्यवेक्षण में विश्वास और न बिगड़े।
