Profile – Sales Man
Qualification – Minimum 8th pass
Age – Maximum 50
Job Profile – Each Salesman will be assigned 6 routes. One for each working day of the week.
Visit all outlets between 50 to 60 outlets sailing our products along the designated route.
Ensure 80% productivity across visited outlets.
Ensure achievement of daily basis targets.
Ensure Availability of our brands in the visited outlets.
Install POSM material at the outlets, ensure upkeep of displays and merchandising material.
Communicate product schemes and required communication to the outlets.
Data collection from the market.
Salary – 6000/- to 9000/- with commission
Traveling Cost – Rs. 3/- per km in the case of two-wheeler
Cycle or 2-wheeler Mandatory with smart phone
