We are looking for a Marketing manager / Branding manager for an FMCG company in Dhule ( Maharashtra.
· Candidate should have handled Marketing / Brand Manager preferably in an FMCG.
· 10+ years of experience in Brand Development within Food.
· Project management, Business planning and implementation experience is a must .
· Preferred : experience in digital marketing too.

Key Deliverables of the Role
· Lead the project ensuring they are aligned to market requirements.
· Develop an integrated product, pack, price and test markets to evaluate market potential.
· Manages the development of brand for exploitation across a number of channels.
· Hear the voice of the brand from retailers, shoppers and consumers.

• Implementation of cGMP.
• Job allocation to QA and to key people of the department.
• Training to sub-ordinates.
• Review /Approval of MFR, BMR, BPR, MOA, Specifications, and
Validation protocols.
• Coordination with Production & IPQA for in process
control of tablet, capsule manufacturing area.
• Control on issuance & amp; checking of BMR & BPR’s.
• Control on Batch release for sale & distribution based on
complete review of system & amp;
• Documentation.
• Coordination with Production, Store, Quality control, Personnel
& amp; Engineering departments.
• Checking / Approval of artworks.
• Follow up for the internal audit & self-inspection.
• Planning, coordination & ex*****on of process validation
activity.
• Investigation of Market complaints & product recall.
• Ex*****on, implementation, approval & tracking of
Change control, Deviation, OOS & amp;
• CAPA.
• Co-ordination for SOP review in time, training, implementation
& amp; its approval.
• Audit preparation & audit point compliance of all audit
conducted in facility.
• Tracking for FP Control Sample Management.
• Review of stability study testing & amp; APR.
• Planning & amp; coordination of analytical method validation,
cleaning validation & amp; technology transfer.
• Control on rejected RM, PM, bulk, stereo & FP materials
and destruction.
