We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strategic client relationships, and expand our presence in the KSA construction market.
πΉ Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector
Open and develop new client accounts
Take ownership of proposal preparation and submission
Prepare business plans and continuity plans
Develop strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors
Conduct market research, identify trends, and analyze competitors
Collaborate with project managers and marketing teams on proposals and presentations
Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking functions
Manage budgets for business development initiatives
Coordinate with technical teams to create tailored solutions
Track KPIs, performance metrics, and business growth progress
Support strategic initiatives to enhance profitability and market presence
π Requirements
Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 7+ years of experience in business development or sales
Strong background in the construction industry and KSA market
Good knowledge of construction processes and project management
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Proficiency in CRM software and ERP systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
