A Model is a person who is employed for the purpose of displaying and promoting fashion clothing or other products and for advertising or promotional purposes or who poses for works of art. A Model is an exceptionally beautiful, articulate and smart individual who can attract the target audience and lure them by their extraordinary personality. Once Models are able to attract audiences, they are required to remit the client’s business information (about product/service) in a pleasing way to the audiences. VIP Hospitality Staff
Hospitality or Service staff professionals are those who are involved with ensuring the comfort of guests at venues and particularly in events. Staff members may be required to cater to the food and beverage requirements of the guests or ensure that guests are at their comfortable best at the venue. They may be given the responsibility to complete registration and other paper formalities or simply es**rt the guests at the event. Hospitality staff members have a pleasing personality and are cordial in nature. Promoter/Usher
A Promoter is a semi-skilled crew member who undertakes the responsibility of promoting a product/service and interacts with the target groups and potential audience in order to establish a one to one communication with the audience. The promoter is usually the face of the brand and hence adheres to brand guidelines including dress code. Production Boys
A Production Boy is a skilled support to coordinate with multiple vendors at a given event on behalf of organiser and/or event agency. The production boys help in venue management, vendor coordination, and crowd control with a very focused and agile outlook. Supervisors
A Supervisor is a senior who supervises and controls the temporary event crew at all times during an event. A supervisor is directly responsible for all communication between event stakeholders and to ensure smooth and effective manpower coordination. Helpers/Runners
A Helper is a semi-skilled professional with an average experience on coordinating events and its various petty jobs. Usually a helper is subject to run around various event venues and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of event requisites. A helper drives his own bike and very efficient on deliveries and deadlines to ensure every element of event is stationed before its schedule. Bartender
A bartender (also known as barkeeper, barkeep, barman, barmaid, or tapster, among other names) is a person who serves beverages behind a bar in a RestoBar, pub, club, or similar establishment. This typically includes alcoholic beverages of some kind, such as beer, wine and cocktails, as well as soft drinks or other non-alcoholic beverages. The Bartender is not only responsible of serving liquor but also to collect payments, and maintain stocks. Bartenders are experts in cocktails and flaring demonstrations often used at events. Volunteer
Volunteer is one who undertakes the responsibility for the smooth functioning of an act or event on a voluntary basis without a fee or charge for the time and effort invested. A volunteer works usually for charity events or other activations with a social cause and often has a personal attachment or interest in the cause. Volunteers also work for their own skill development, to meet others, to make contacts for possible employment, to have fun, and a variety of other reasons that can be considered self-serving. A Master of Ceremonies (MC) is the host of a staged event or similar performance. An MC usually presents performers, speaks to the audience, and generally keeps the event moving. The MC sometimes also acts as the protocol officer during an official state function. Also known as professional anchor / host / compere / toastmaster, MC has extraordinary capabilities of engaging and interacting with the event’s audience, with his/her excellent communication skills. Cheerleader
Cheer-leading is a physical activity, often at a competitive sport, based on organized routines, usually ranging from one to three minutes, which contain the components of tumbling, dance, jumps, cheers, and stunts to direct spectators of events to cheer on sports teams at games or to participate in competitions. Cheerleaders cheer for catalyzing spectator’s interest, drawing bigger audiences and also motivate players for a better performance, celebrating their success. Telecaller
A Telecaller is a semi-skilled professional who interacts with the target audience through a telephone and may not come in direct contact with them. A telecaller is given a specific target to achieve on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and must be capable of conversing and convincing the potential customer to buy the product or service without meeting them face to face. Our Telecallers have very good communication skills, polite mannerisms, fluency and command on language and a clear accent.
