About the Role:
We are seeking a Highly Motivated and Communicative Female Recruitment Manager to drive the acquisition of Insurance Referral Partners and Agents in the Ghaziabad region. This role is crucial for our market expansion and involves sourcing, screening, and on-boarding high-potential individuals for commission-based sales roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies specifically for Insurance Agents (freshers and experienced).
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' motivation, communication, and fit.
• Manage the recruitment pipeline to consistently meet aggressive monthly hiring goals.
• Effectively communicate the earning potential and career growth offered by Exemplar Financial Consultants.
Candidate Profile:
Requirements & Skills
• Gender: Female (as per the hiring banner requirement).
• Experience: Fresher or Experienced candidates are welcome. Prior experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or the insurance industry is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream is preferred.
• Essential Competencies:
o Excellent Communication: Clear, persuasive, and professional verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
o Positive Attitude: An energetic, optimistic, and results-oriented approach to a target-driven role.
o Highly Motivated: Self-starter with a strong drive to meet and exceed monthly recruitment targets.
o Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build trust and professional relationships quickly.
