Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – GCC

About the Role:
- We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with deep expertise in hiring for Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in Hyderabad. The role requires strong market knowledge, stakeholder management across global teams, and the ability to hire for complex, niche, and leadership positions across technology, digital, analytics, finance, and operations functions.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with multinational captive centers and scaling teams in high-growth environments.
Strategic Talent Acquisition:
- Partner with global and local business leaders to understand workforce strategy and annual hiring plans.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with GCC growth objectives.
- Drive workforce planning discussions and provide talent market insights for Hyderabad.
- Manage hiring across multiple verticals such as IT, Engineering, Digital, Finance, HR, Analytics, RPA, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Data Science
End-to-End Recruitment Management:
- Handle full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Own lateral hiring, leadership hiring, and niche/critical skill hiring.
- Drive campus hiring programs in Hyderabad and nearby regions.
- Ensure compliance with global hiring standards and internal TA governance
Stakeholder & Global Collaboration:
- Work closely with stakeholders across US, UK, Europe, and APAC regions.
Act as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders.
- Conduct intake meetings and define role expectations and success criteria.
Provide real-time hiring dashboards and analytics to leadership.
Talent Sourcing & Market Mapping:
- Build proactive talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, social sourcing, and talent communities.
- Conduct competitor mapping within the Hyderabad GCC ecosystem.
- Deliver market intelligence on salary benchmarks, skill availability, and hiring trends.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Strengthen employer branding within the Hyderabad GCC market.
- Ensure best-in-class candidate experience.
- Support diversity hiring initiatives (Women in Tech, Returnship Programs, etc.).
- Represent the organization at job fairs, industry events, and campus drives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6-10 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Minimum 2 years of dedicated GCC hiring experience in Hyderabad.
- Strong experience hiring for technology and digital transformation roles.
- Exposure to scaling GCC operations from mid-size to large teams.
