• Proactively seek and develop client accounts for Temporary/Permanent Staffing & Payroll Outsourcing.
• Taking care of requirements across North India.
• Build and maintain stron
g relations with the Clients and key influencers.
• Call and personally visit potential, new and existing customers to facilitate new business.
• Taking Care of End to End Recruitment Operations, Starting from Developing a New Client to Collections.
• Taking care of SLA with the help of legal team regarding Empanelment of new client in both Temp and Perm Staffing.
• Retain existing account base through proactive and reactive visits to accounts.
• Understanding the Clients needs and introducing company services that offer the best solution. Co-ordinating with the clients and addressing their needs.
• Negotiations of sourcing fees and contract as per the company policy.
• Mining of New Positions from Existing Clients.
• Sourcing Plan within TAT & Budget. Maintain Reports to optimize Cost vs Productivity.
• Ensuring all channels like Head Hunting, DSA/DST Mapping, Small Partner Tie Ups, Institute Tie Ups are effectively used in Sourcing of Candidates.
• Ensuring client turn ups of the screened candidates.
• Deployment of mandates within stipulated TAT & Budget
• Handling client & internal escalations.
• Handle the invoicing and collection part of the vertical. Specialties
