Role Overview:
The HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements while fostering a positive employee experience through effective grievance handling and employee relations practices.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Ensure compliance with all labor laws, statutory regulations, and HR policies.
🔹 Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
🔹 Maintain statutory records and coordinate compliance audits.
🔹 Liaise with government authorities, legal advisors, and auditors.
🔹 Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
🔹 Review and update HR policies in line with changing regulations.
🔹 Advise management on employee relations and compliance matters.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Minimum 8 years of HR experience with a focus on Compliance & Employee Relations.
✔ Strong knowledge of Labor Laws, Statutory Compliance, and Industrial Relations.
✔ Experience handling employee grievances and conflict resolution.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Prior experience in the BPO industry is highly preferred.
