*Job Title: Sales Representative*
Job Location: *Noida, Farrukhabad, Banda, Unnao, Jhansi, Ayodhya, Sitapur, Auraiya, Bahraich*

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a result-driven Sales Representative responsible for secondary sales only, ensuring product movement from distributors to retailers, achieving targets, and maintaining strong relationships in the assigned territory.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Achieve daily and monthly secondary sales targets
2. Conduct 40 total calls per day in the assigned market
3. Ensure minimum 25 productive calls per day
4. Generate daily secondary sales of ₹15,000
5. Achieve monthly secondary sales target of ₹4,00,000
6. Cover and maintain relationships with 200 outlets
7. Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets
8. Place POP materials in shops properly for better visibility
9. Ensure timely secondary delivery from the distributor
10. Provide daily reporting and market feedback to the manager

*Requirements* :

Minimum 1+ year experience in FMCG / Ayurvedic sector only
Local market candidate preferred (for respective location)
Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Knowledge of local Bangalore retail market.
Salary Range (Bangalore Market)
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month fixed
Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹10,000+ based on sales
TA/DA + Mobile reimbursement often provided.
