Placement opportunity for JITM Skills Trainees!

Company Name - CURODOC
CURODOC has an urgent requirement of 200-250 attendants.
1. Salary - 12 Hours: 12,000/-, 24 Hours: 15,000/-
2. Shift Timings- There are two shifts i.e. for 12 hours and for 24 hours and also we allot the attendants according to their convenient
3. Job Location- It varies according to the location of the client, most probably we allot to the nearby locations
4. Facility- We provide accommodations for both 12 and 24 hours attendants for which we don't charge anything. The attendant who is serving for 12 hours needs to take responsibility for their food and meal of their own ( Note: We do provide food and refreshment in the training days but later once they are allocated to their duty then they will have to look after their fooding by themselves or we charge maximum 1000/- per month for that)
5. In case, the candidate is willing to leave the company during the training period then in those circumstances, they will have to pay a nominal charge for their stay and meals (meals, accommodation are free for the trainees expecting that they will work with us so if they leave in between then eventually it will result in loss for the company).
6. Stability: They need to work with us for the minimum time period of 3 months.
7. Notice Period: When they want to leave our company, they need to give the Notice Period of 1 Month.
8. PF/ESIC- No
9. Is there any Induction process / internal training- Yes, we do conduct a training session for 10-15 days.
10. Work to be done- Patient care, Elderly care, Newborn baby care and so on.
11. Safety and Security- We ensure 100% safety and security of our attendants, every sort of things are done for their safety.
