Job Description – Production Manager
Location: Noida,
Department: Production & Manufacturing
We have opening with our company client is a fast-growing leader in (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) and , focused on innovation, precision , and delivering -edge solutions.
We are looking for a dynamic Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and
ensure seamless, efficient, and high-quality production output.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end activities including planning, scheduling, ex*****on, and monitoring of UAV manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement efficient production processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, compliance standards, and aerospace quality certifications (ISO/AS9100).
• Lead, mentor, and manage the production team, allocating tasks and monitoring
performance.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to
ensure smooth coordination.
• Optimize resource utilization (manpower, machinery, materials) for maximum efficiency.
• Track production metrics (output, downtime, efficiency, rejections) and present regular
reports to management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production bottlenecks, technical issues, and process
deviations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S
practices.
• Forecast production requirements in line with project deadlines and client demands.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace Engineering, or
related field.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in production or manufacturing management, preferably in
aerospace/automotive/electronics industries.
• Strong knowledge of UAV/drone assembly processes and precision manufacturing
(preferred).
• Experience with production planning, lean manufacturing, and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
• Strong communication and team management abilities.
