We are looking out customer care (backend staff) for handling retail customer queries & grievances.
Ensure action upon customer queries/ complaints & with proper resolution.
Take ownership on customer issues end to end.
Ensure response to customer queries within timeline.
Work closely with various functional teams and ensure quick resolution to customer queries \ complaints.
Ensure action on Escalations via mails/social media, reviews, app support etc.
Take customer feedback on query resolution and improve the overall process
Preparing MIS for ongoing issues/complaints raised by customers/internal teams.
