Academic Counselor that guides the student for a sound career in Banking Industry. Should have apt communication and good inter-personal skills. Creation of positive funnel, inquiry follow ups and admission conversions.
Required Candidate profile
Experienced, Academic Counselor, Good Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Highly Motivated, Leadership Skills.
Should have done career counselling.
Experience in Education Industry will be preferred.:
Reporting To: Centre Director
Purpose of Role: To proactively ensure adequate number of eligible students as per the target decided mutually with the Centre Head.
· Interaction with students, and converting the queries into Admission
· Inviting the students from Various college through tie-ups, canopy activities, seminars
· Well equipped with all sales tools like emails, messages, videos and presentation to be shown to the prospective candidates
· To ensure effective counselling to each walk-in and telephonic enquiry
· Committing the right fees payment structure as conveyed by the management
· Ensuring fees collection from the students as per timeline decided.
· Grievance management
Shall be working on various tie-ups with college for promoting IPB and admissions for Institute
Shall be taking care of Operation of centres
Make sure Classes are run on regular basis, and 100% attendance of students
Make sure regular feedback shared with HO and Placement
Align with placement team, and arrange students for interviews as per eligibility criteria.
