Openings for Business Development Executives / Managers - Agriculture Products (Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh)
Location: Executive - Ujjain, Hoshangabad, Neemuch, Depalpur (MP), Berla, Kurud (Chattisgarh)
Manager - Ujjain, Harda, Hoshangabad (MP), Raipur, Jangir-Champa, Rajim (Chattisgarh)
Experience: Minimum 1 yr as an Executive, 2 yrs as a Manager. (Agriculture, Pesticides, Fertilizers, KCC etc.)
Salary: 20k CTC + 7500 TA DA + Incentives (Executive)
Upto 30K CTC + 10500 TA DA + Incentives (Manager)
Education: UG/Graduate for Executive, Graduate for Manager

Job Description:
Sourcing & persuading end consumers to avail financial products from JK
Regular meetings with end consumers to describe product benefits
Building relationships with the retailers & farmers
Overachieving the assigned daily/weekly/monthly targets for loan booking
Escalating ground issues real time to management for quick fix
Closely working with supervisors to achieve territory targets.
Need To have:
Graduate/undergraduate from any agri business background/ Or having prior experience in agri
product sales/channel sales
Fluent in reading & writing of regional language
Basic understanding of MS office
This job would require 20% travelling (within 100 KM radius)
Manager:
Regular evaluations of sales and relationships with the active channel partners and otherstakeholders in the region.
Sourcing & onboarding new channel partners across assigned territory
Regular meeting with retailers to improve sales productivity & retailers’ profitability
Liaison with TM & BM of strategic partners & build sales funnel
Organise & attend end consumer (farmer) meetings & explain the product offerings & benefits
Maintain MIS to capture team performance & plan beats for the team.
Need To have:
Graduate from any agri business background/ Or having prior experience in agri product sales/channel sales
Fluent in reading & writing of regional language & basic communication skills in English.
The job is a travelling job, you are required to travel with districts or sometimes out of districts as per business requirements
Owning a vehicle (2- wheeler) will be preferred, fuel bills will be reimbursed by company.
