Position Summary

The role of the Environments Application Engineers to establish and maintain client environments for key Oracle EBS and SAP customers as part of our global Environments team in support of the global support organization. The position has the responsibility for researching, troubleshooting and supporting of remote desktop, citrix and other supporting technologies. The role of the Environments Application Engineer requires the expertise and skills to evaluate the customer desktop and server environment, networking configuration, firewall and VPN infrastructure and then deliver rapid setup of standard tools onto client virtual machines within complex, integrated and highly-configured environments, these tools will be used in support of SAP and EBS applications.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of Windows, Citrix and Remote Desktop functionality and technology
• Configuration of Citrix virtualization technologies: VDI, XenApp, XenDesktop
• Hands-on configuration of Microsoft, Citrix, network design/implementation, troubleshooting, application packaging and integration
