Job Specification – The team currently comprises of Qualified Accountants who are providing support to global client serving teams in their audits of financial services, manufacturing, technology and many other industry sectors using the proven Global Audit Methodology ("GAM") and deploying the latest, high-quality auditing tools. Will support internal company assurance teams located in various offices across the globe to enable these teams to deliver efficient, flexible and high quality audits under the respective regulation.

• Education: Qualified Accountant (ICAI, CPA, ACCA) - Maximum 5 attempts in the CA final.

• Experience: Internship with big four or top-tier accounting firm or mid-tier accounting firms, focused on external or statutory audits.

• Good communication skills (English Both Spoken and Written)

Job Description

• Review provider claims that have not been paid by insurance companies
• Follow up with insurance companies to understand status of claims. Follow up is done through insurance company/ TPA website or through outbound calls
• Based on information received from the insurance company/ TPA, make necessary corrections to the claim and re-file the corrected claim to the insurance company/ TPA
• In case the patient does not have sufficient insurance coverage for the medical procedure or if the patient is in any way not eligible for coverage, transfer the outstanding balance to the patient.
• In case the claim has already been paid by the insurance company, request insurance company/ TPA to send EOB (Explanation of Benefits) through fax/ mail.

Certifications Required
Option 1: CPC Certified
Option 2: AAPC Certification
Option 3: AHIMA (American Health Information Management Association)
