Job Title: Patient Care Contact Center Associate – US Healthcare

We are currently hiring Patient Care Contact Center Associates for our reputed US Healthcare client located in Andheri East, Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are interested in building a long-term career in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry.

This role is part of a professional healthcare contact center where you will be trained to handle patient support, healthcare financial queries, and insurance-related communication following American healthcare standards. The experience gained in this role can open doors to future opportunities across the US medical billing and healthcare RCM industry, which is one of the fastest-growing sectors in India.

Shift Timing

Candidates should be comfortable working in US Shifts:

5:30 PM – 2:30 AM

6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound patient calls for hospitals and healthcare providers in the United States.

Assist patients with scheduling and rescheduling medical appointments.

Address patient statement inquiries and billing-related concerns.

Provide guidance regarding health insurance coverage and payment responsibilities.

Support patients in resolving financial and insurance-related questions related to their treatment.

Maintain professional communication standards aligned with US healthcare service expectations.

Training & Career Growth

Selected candidates will receive structured training on US healthcare processes, including:

Patient interaction standards followed in the US healthcare system

Healthcare billing and financial processes

Insurance and patient responsibility concepts

This training will help candidates develop specialized domain expertise, making them valuable professionals in the US Healthcare RCM and Medical Billing industry.

"Seriously frustrated with clients who don't pay on time 😤! It's like they think invoices are just suggestions or something. Newsflash: running a business isn't cheap, and late payments mess with everyone's cash flow 🙄.

But what's even WIERDER is when they try to CHANGE THE PAYMENT TERMS AFTER the invoice is raised 🤯. Like, no. The rules were set, stick to 'em 💁‍♀️. Unprofessional much? 😒

How hard is it to click "pay" on time? 🤷‍♂️ Some folks just ghost you, others make excuses... meanwhile, you're left juggling bills and stressing about payroll 😡.
