Requirement:
Technical Skills: Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS, Lucid chart), as well as experience with BPM (Business Process Management) software and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
Sector Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in global banking/finance and healthcare, with the ability to apply this knowledge to process setup and management.
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to create scalable and efficient processes tailored to the specific needs of global clients.
Project Management: Solid project management skills, with experience in setting up new processes and leading cross-functional projects
