WHAT YOU WOULD DO

Sales & Delivery (95%)

Identify potential client prospects and acquire new business for recruitment services and solutions around Asia Pacific
Use job board search, advertising & in-house tools to source for potential talents in given marketplace.
Phone-screen and apply logical questioning to pre-qualify candidate for given requisition order
Provide weekly report of talents sourced & progress for every recruitment order.
Update ATS with real time data.
KPI would be based on no. of placements, no. of candidates presented, no. of interviews scheduled.


Ad-hoc Activities (5%)

Format Resumes to meet organisation's standard
Lead weekly meetings
Job Advertising with job boards, social media
Answer all business related calls and guide as necessary

WHAT WE NEED

Requirements:

Any degree or diploma, preferably in business or science
At least 1 years of experience in recruiting for IT professionals in Indian market (APAC market recruitment would be an advantage)
Strong command of English (both spoken & written) is a must.
Pro-active in making cold calls to candidate prospects
Experience with any cloud based CRM and ATS is a preference
Open to work from office 6 days / per week
Must have a home-office setup ) PC/ laptop with uninterrupted broadband connection and power backup)
Preferably based out of any metro or large city within India
Strong email & telephone etiquettes
Proficient in MS Office, Internet data-mining and VOIP / Skype phone tools
Result oriented mindset
Flexible and collaborative
Strong Negotiation & objection handling skills
Efficient time management and ownership
